As two architect-engineers Ardnovatic’s founders have over 20 years of experience in vinstitutional, residential, commercial, hospitality and public infrastructure projects in Kosovo, USA, Belgium, Afganistan and Iraq.
Beyond design, we have the technical expertise to ensure that every single detail is constructed with care and precision. Our work has continued to develop and advance with contemporary design through a strong commitment to technology, education, and most importantly by employing a very talented group of architects and engineers.
Ardnovatic leverages BIM from the earliest stages of the project until project completion to provide the tracking of programmatic data and space planning, the generation and study of forms and spaces, studies involving solar orientation and lighting, and the development of accurate construction detailing. In addition to traditional documentation, we employ enhanced visualization and animations to communicate design progress and ensure that all the project stakeholders have a clear understanding of where the design stands at each phase.
