Tempulli is a private institution with a long tradition, founded in 1992, initially specializing in road traffic accident analysis and expertise. Over the years, it expanded its activities to include foreign language courses for children and adults, the establishment of an auto school, and the publication of the magazine “Tempulli,” focusing on road safety, transport, and automobilism. After the war, Tempulli resumed its activities and launched study programs in road and railway traffic as well as Post and Telecommunications. On December 18, 2001, Tempulli became the first private higher education institution in Kosovo to receive preliminary accreditation.
