Agjensioni i Përkrahjes së Punësimit Kosovë (APPK) is a leading NGO established in 2001 under the Ministry of Public Administration. APPK supports employment and socio-economic reintegration through vocational training, certifications, employment mediation, and self-employment programs.

Over the past 20 years, the organization has implemented more than 200 projects with international donors and partners, benefiting over 40,000 Kosovars. Each year, APPK selects and prepares around 200 young people for vocational education and training (Ausbildung) in Germany, mainly in nursing and construction.

APPK is accredited by Kosovo’s National Qualifications Authority for professional training, licensed by the Employment Agency for international employment mediation, and represents Pearson (UK) in Kosovo. The organization also partners with ZAV (Germany) and collaborates with key national and international institutions to strengthen workforce development and socio-economic sustainability.
