The Lebensbaum-Group is a family-owned care provider based in Lindlar, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Established in 1998, the company has grown to become one of the leading private care organizations in the Bergisches Land region, employing approximately 500 staff across different facilities.
Our mission is to empower people requiring assistance to lead independent and dignified lives. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including outpatient nursing care, day care, and assisted living arrangements, particularly for individuals with dementia. Our facilities are located throughout the Oberbergischer and Rheinisch-Bergischer districts, in towns such as Bergisch Gladbach, Overath, Engelskirchen, Lindlar, Wipperfürth and , Gummersbach.
At our Lindlar headquarters, the "Am Park" campus integrates various services, including day care for elderly people, dementia-focused shared living communities, the "Lebensbäumchen" daycare center for children, the Visenio Academy for staff development, and our administrative offices.
