To analyze the barriers of accessing the labour market for women aged 40-65, including gender discrimination, lack of access to education and training opportunities, cultural norms, limited job opportunities, and balancing work with family responsibilities, the German-Kosovar Business Association, together with the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung f\u00fcr die Freiheit (FNF), published the Analysis „Challenges of Accessing the Labour Market – Middle-Aged Women in Kosovo“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Publikimi, q\u00eb u hartua nga ekspertet Dr. Saxhide Mustafa dhe Shqipe Gjocaj, ka konstatuar se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka diskriminim t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb, gjinor dhe n\u00eb mosh\u00eb, ka poltika diskriminuese p\u00ebr grat\u00eb e mosh\u00ebs 40+, steriotipe favorizuese p\u00ebr popullsin\u00eb e re, si dhe ka konkluduar dhe shtjelluar n\u00eb specifika sfidat dhe barrierat q\u00eb p\u00ebrballen grat\u00eb e mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme n\u00eb treg t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar se ka iniciativa t\u00eb trajnimit inkluziv dhe se bizneset jan\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijshme p\u00ebr lojalitetin, stablitetin dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin q\u00eb grat\u00eb mbi mosh\u00ebn 40 sjellin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to the presentation of the conclusions of the analysis, a discussion was held with the topic: „Socio-economic perspectives on the employment challenges faced by middle-aged women in Kosovo“ with panelists: Agon Dobruna, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Finance, Labour, and Transfers, Nora Hasani, Executive Director of the German-Kosovar Business Association, and Iliriana Gashi, Organization „Women for Women.“<\/p>\n\n\n\n
